You're not being specific about what you intended and what you ended up with. I'm not familiar with "sun-in" but the information you need should be on the product box. Dish soap would have no effect on color, and might be too harsh for your hair. What color is your hair now? "Sun-in" implies that it lightens. If it's permanent hair color, the only thing that would make it darker is a darker shade of hair color. Don't fool around with dish soap or anything not meant for hair.
