Does using toothpaste over night on a pimple work?

Well yesterday i got this pimple right under my nose on my upper lip, and its GROSS! I don't know what to do and i have school tommorow! If i have Crest plusse Scope WHITENING Minty Fresh Striped, can i put that on my pimple over night and it will go away? Or is there another way? Answer as soon as possible please, thank you.
