Cleaning Converse Canvas? I'm about to cry?

I need to know how to clean the CANVAS part of my converse they are white and have little designs on them but i cant bleach them because the inside is blue..... one shoe is now minty still dirty and minty because of toothpaste.... HELP ME?!?!?!?!
