HELP WHATS WRONG WITH ME??!!?

hey everyone i hav an issue its embarrassing but i need to know especially if theres any1 out there like a doctor or a nurse that can giv me advice...for months now ive been having this problem where ill have to keep going to the bathroom (#2).. it happens mostly when i wake up early I TRY TO GO & WHEN I THINK I'M DONE A LITTLE LATER I FEEL LIKE I HAV 2 GO AGAIN!! and at WRONG times like when theres no restroom around THERE R MOMENTS WHEN I WONDER IF THIS HAPPENS BCUZ I GET SCARED THAT I'LL FEEL THE URGE TO GO..& i no longer have insurance so i cant get help &my most recent doctor told me to take pro-biotic pills (for colon health) (ive been taking them 4 like 4 months now) so my digestive system cud get balanced & i am taking them but i dont think theyre really working!! (and i dont take any fiber btw)
