Guy advice?!please:)?

Long story short-met a guy through an app..havnt met in person but planning to soon...he has sent pics videos and we video chat using tango on r droids almost evryday plus we talk n text. He sounds xactly the same on the phone as he does in vid chat and vids btw..jw..since we hav vid chatted can i b fairly sure that it is him who i tlk to and how he looks..dont want to know how safe it is. Thanx
