Cleaning Converse? PLEASE HELP?!?

i stepped in a puddle and now my converse are dirty :( they are white on the outside blue on the inside and i've tried cleaning them and all i got was a very wet and minty shoe.... please help?!?!?! I kind of wanna wear them tomorrow too so would blow drying them make them shrink or mess up the rubber?
