Am i being a b**** to my friends?

i may not act the best ways sometimes and i easily get into arguments with my friends and enemies over facebook. recently all of my main best friends (there is three of them) hav been getting p***** off with me and saying i am a ***** and when i ask how and why they say just generally. I am two months late on my period i am only 13, my mum might have breast cancer my parents hav split up and my younger brother has been diagnosed with aspergers syndrome. I do ***** about people and i don't think about wat i do, i also cry a lot. i told my friends i am acting like this because i also have aspegers (which i don't) i feel sooo bad about it... please help i am SO confused :S because at the moment i am lonely because none of my friends will talk to me p.s they no about EVERYTHING going on at home xx
